Our Story
Our farm is 100% black-owned. Like many members of black African families, the owners of the farm were exposed to the practice of agriculture from a very young age. While the exposure was mainly to subsistence farming, their interest in agricultural production grew into a passion for farming. So the combination of that early exposure to farming, passion, agriculture training, availability of modern equipment and limited land led to the establishment of Golden Stairs Farm, a 100% black-owned farming enterprise.
